Visual download and print instructions
Our Visuals have been designed to a palm sized shape making them easily visible and transportable. In order to fit the our visual sleeves and lanyard, we recommend following these instructions. For best results use computer.
Step 1: Add To Cart & Checkout
- Add Visuals to cart and (Check Out).
- Enter information and desired email for delivery of Visuals.
- Select (Complete Order). In the absence of dollar value purchases, refrain from utilizing the (Paypal) or other pay options.
Step 2: Download & Save
- Wait for order to process and download each visual from checkout window. A download link will also be emailed to the email accounted entered before checkout and Visuals can also be downloaded from email. Proceed to save Visuals in desired location.
Step 3: Merge PDFs
- Merge downloaded PDFs into a single PDF using Adobe Acrobat or using any free online tool.
Step 4: Print Using Instructions
- Pages to print = All
- Page Sizing & Handling = Multiple
- Pages per sheet = 4 by 2
- Orientation = Landscape
- Page Size = 11 x 8.5 (Letter)
Step 5: Trim
- Trim visuals along dashed lines using scissors or Visual Trimmer.
Step 6: Insert into sleeves (optional)
- Insert trimmed visuals into protective Visual Sleeves.
- To better organize visuals we recommend the use of a Lanyard.
Step 7: Enjoy!
