WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All items will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or regional carrier automatically selected based on shipping address. The estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after the time of order placement.

All non-personalized orders will ship in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11AM Central Time (CT) on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday.

Currently, Helpful Tree ships and delivers physical products to the Unites States and Canada only. For special accommodations please feel free to get in contact.

Upon shipment you will receive an email with details about your order. Please use the provided link to follow your order as it is processed.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping rates are dependent on order size and location and are calculated upon checkout. A variety of shipping upgrades are available at the time of checkout should you wish to receive your order faster.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

While each one of our products is carefully packaged to protect during shipment, we understand that it things can be mishandled by a shipping carrier. If you receive a product that is damaged, please email us at contacthelpfultree@gmail.com and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Please email images of damaged products and packaging along with your order number.
